Römer prizes awarded to Gene Center master's and PhD students

The Römer Foundation honors young researchers for their excellent scientific achievements.
This year, the following researchers from the Gene Center were awarded with Römer prizes: Sophia Schwojer (Hornung lab), Robert Buschauer (Beckmann lab), Felix Metzner (Hopfner lab), and Shubo Zhao (Stingele lab). They received stipends for their outstanding reseach during their master's/doctoral theses. Congratulations!
Since 2005 the Dr. Klaus Römer Foundation has been supporting research at the LMU Munich by awarding personal stipends to outstanding graduate students, postdocs and junior group leaders at the Departments of Chemistry and Biochemistry.
