Liquid Handling Unit - Gene Center LMU
The BioSysM Automation Unit for liquid handling offers a wide range of liquid handling services. Currently, there are four independent pipetting units available that are tailored to different needs and demands. We have established simple routines, such as nucleic acid extraction from prokaryotic or eukaryotic cells, up to complex, nested pipetting campaigns, such as the automated generation of cell lines. The liquid handling systems have single-channel and multi-channel pipetting capabilities, a variety of different readout functions, as well as large storage capacities.
We welcome users from the LMU Gene Center, the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy and other academic institutions of the LMU, as our capacities allow.
